"Simtopia" is a pack prepared by SimsTR Staff for the 6th anniversary of our forum section opening on 29th December. SimsTR is the oldest and biggest Turkish Sims Community in the web which dates back to 2000. (10th Anniversary of the site will be at July 2010..   )

Simtopia is not only a world but a pack containing different elements of The Sims 3 all together.

We worked pretty hard for putting the things up, and creating the town before the anniversary after the release of the tool. Of course the preliminary works of creating houses, designs, sims took a longer time, yet the town making process was shorter, therefore it is not perfect, but we hope you will like it.

This is the 3rd pack that we created for The Sims (other two were for The Sims 2) including a town, new sims, clothing, houses and some unique architectural elements.

REQUIREMENTS:

* The Sims 3. (With Latest Patch)
* WA NOT NEEDED yet Compatible.

NOTES & KNOWN ISSUES:

* There are some minor elevation issues caused by houses created by using elevation cheats. You may need to fix some minor issues.

* In order to achieve more realistic look we packed up houses close to each other, and used lots of trees, which will cause performance issues in some PCs. Some houses with complex architecture may even cause high-end PCs to "scream"  :mrgreen:

* Please note that, houses were created with architectural concerns mainly, therefore they are pretty expensive. Please note that most of the interior of the houses are not decorated, and left to the own taste of the player.

* As far as tested there was no issues with the roads but there might be so feedback would be welcomed when the English version is released.

* This version doesn't include the sims and families in the Turkish Version. They mill be avaible for download from creator's web pages soon..

My GOSH  This is just AWESOME! First of all, congratulations on your 6th anniversary, and second of all, thank you so much for sharing your skills and imagination with all of us. We LOVE this precious gift. This has got the be the most complete download there is, the houses and neighborhood look fabulous, but our hearts skipped a beat when we saw the build items. We simply can not believe our luck when finding those gorgeous window sets. As builders we're always looking for that special something to add to our lots, and we can not wait to try these.

Wow. This is absolutely amazing! There is so much time, detail, work and thought put into this that I am completely blown away. Everything is done with amazing quality (as good as the highest quality downloads out there), not to mention that this is done as a gift for us simmers. I realy loved it want to play very badly ,but can only download with a winzip or rar drive.

I don't ususaully join forums to give thanks, but after downloading this I HAD to. This is just amazing. I did have a few issues with installing it, probably 1/2 because I'm on a Mac and 1/2 because EA sucks, but I have it and it's beautiful. I had to install it using 3Launcher as my Launcher in game really blows ever since the 1.7 update. The problems I had were weird. It showed a list of objects with no categories and some of them had the EP1 is needed so it won't be installed message, but I do have EP1. I then noticed all of these files showed a file size of 0.0KB, anyone else have this. Real queer (as in odd so don't anyone freak out on me). Some of the clothes/objects wouldn't install install with 3Launcher (something about store content) but they WOULD with the EA Launcher. Weird again, but to summarize. I have it, I love it, and mad props to the people that designed this because I just started CAW and it is insane to make sense of. I won't have my own world done anytime soon that is for sure. Oh and have I said thanks yet?

^^ You're welcome and thanks for the feedback.  Normally no objects needs WA, but it might be a problem with Mac-Compability.
