Performance of the game depends. 2 GB might be lagging, yet when the town was out for the first time, there were people with better computers, reporting that it was laggy after updating game to the latest version. I am really not sure about the current situation and compability with the latest updates.

I hope, it works smoothly on your PC and you can enjoy it.

I'm sorry, but SimTopia is not worth the download. It has no community lots such as book shops and all the rest, only a few parks. There is barely any room to build your own lots. I was highly disappointed.

What I did like was the hard work you have put into SimTopia and the excellent environment you have created.
