You MAY NOT distribute my Sims or items on another site.

You MAY include my hair-recolors, skin edits etc. in your sims, as long as credits with a link-back to SimsTR is provided and sims are offered for FREE.

You MAY use my sims in your movies, stories, photos as long as you give proper credits and link back.

If you use my items for your stories or sims, I would be glad to see them so please mail me in such a case. dft009
